Ingredients:
- 4 oz raspberry thyme vinegar
- 3/4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp black pepper
- 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 oz honey
- 2 oz raspberries, pureed and strained
- 3 oz olive oil
- 1/2 cup salad oil [or vegetable oil]
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, honey, and raspberries. Mix well.
- Combine the two oils and gradually whisk into the raspberry mix. Mix well. Store covered in refrigeration.
If you don't want to use a whisk and bowl, use a blender or mix all the ingredients in a mason jar and give it a good shake.
