- Breakfast: Nothing
- Lunch: water, Chalupas, Mexican Fry Bread
- Snack: Jumbo Cinnamon Roll
- Dinner: Grape soda, Beef ravioli
Now, doesn't that look bland? But, if you check out the calories of everything, you would know that my calorie intake was a lot. I know that some people say "Oh, don't count your calories." I'm not a nutritionist, but I [personally] think its okay to see how much calories that you're putting into your body from time to time. As studies show, the [DV] Daily Value intake is 2,000 [which is meant for women. its 2,500 for men], well if you're intaking [as a woman] 3,000 over a 24 hr period without exercising, than your body is storing all that fat rather than burning it..[Like I mentioned, I'm not a nutritionist, so I might be wrong, lol..I think I should stick to cooking and leave the facts to them, lol].
